Leadership
Sezhel is led by Camila Hargett, MBA, a business intelligence consultant with a multidisciplinary background spanning analytics, strategy, operations, and leadership development. Her academic foundation includes a B.A. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Healthcare from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Her continued professional development includes study in financial markets, AI product management, fundraising, technical support, and healthcare quality improvement. This combination of analytical training, business education, and cross-sector experience informs Sezhel's perspective: rigorous where it needs to be, practical where it matters most.
